Episode 26 – May 16th 2010
Posted on May 18, 2010
The first regular Rathole Radio in a month with the gig and everything else going on. It was good to be back in the saddle. I played an eclectic mix of music as always, chatted with people listening live and probably said “erm” too much. Normal service was resumed. I also played an exclusive live song I wrote years ago but which hasn’t really been heard in public before. Hope you enjoy it! Don’t forget to leave comments on the website, send emails and get involved.
I’m joining AMP!! Still lots of setting up to do on my part but it’s very cool to be in a community with other – http://musicpodcasting.org/

The show now being mirrored on DefNetMedia, thanks to Neil.
46:08 – Live Track – One of my own songs. A pretty old one now but hopefully still good, it’s called “My Friend”. Don’t have a link for it I’m afraid as this is the only recording. I will try to make one and update you.
Emails – Ciarán emailed to suggest making a Rathole Radio compilation CD, I just wanted to remind everyone there already is a CD I made for Software Freedom Day last year. You can download it from this very site.
Get In Touch: Please send me your thoughts and feedback on the music I play or any other aspect of the show. If you make music or you know people who make music and you think they should be on the show, send me suggestions and demos by all means. I’m always pleased to find new music and share it with people. Most of that is down to you, the wonderful listeners and your wisdom.

Don’t forget you can access the channel from a web browser by going to webchat.freenode.net and entering #ratholeradio in the channel text box. Take care till next time folks.
