Greetings everyone. Settle in for another episode of Rathole Radio. No live broadcast this time I’m afraid because at the usual show time I was in London at a Public Enemy gig. You have to forgive me, I couldn’t miss this. I pre-recorded this show but it still contains the eclectic mix of great music you’re used to. There’s also an acoustic performance to enjoy, so I hope you will. Let’s rock!

What Others Are Saying

  1. Windigo November 20, 2010 at 2:09 am

I like the additions to the show, such as the background music in-between songs. Really pulled things together and made for a smoother transition. Nicely done!

Also found at least two new bands I need to hear more of, too. You’re rapidly taking over my music collection, Dan. ๐Ÿ˜€

  2. Dan November 20, 2010 at 4:11 pm

@Windigo – Aw thanks man, really glad to hear that. I’ll keep trying to improve the show, there’s been a mixed reaction to the background music but I like it.

  3. Marc November 21, 2010 at 12:06 pm

The background music is quite an improvement to the show. I noticed that no customer got “disturbed” by longer talk parts this time. From our perspective it’s a lot easier to listen. Marc ๐Ÿ˜›

  4. Dan November 21, 2010 at 1:28 pm

@Marc That’s good news, I am planning to keep the backing music a bit longer and hopefully those who don’t like it will come around. I think it’s an improvement and makes the show flow easier.

  5. Hezy November 29, 2010 at 1:43 am

“Ghost Of A Nation” reminds me a song or two of Elvis Costello. Good music ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. Dan November 29, 2010 at 3:14 pm

@hezy – A few people have mentioned Elvis Costello. Not a bad comparison to have. Glad you enjoyed it.
