A very overdue and slightly chaotic episode this. My studio mixer died in the last week and messed things up good and proper. I have a temporary replacement until I can afford to get it fixed but I apologise for the delay. Delay aside I really enjoyed making this show and I hope you’ll enjoy listening.

00:00 – The AcousticalsSally Anne CC BY-SA Licensed – This track was recommended to me by a listener and I love it. The Acousticals hail from Missoula, USA and you can find their music on Jamendo.

06:22 – EndAnd – CommandoAll Rights Reserved – From Brooklyn, New York. Like the rocky sound and the production on this a lot.
——-
09:55 – AV – Plan C (Rhaft remix) – License Unknown – Oui! French electro with Rap/Spoken word over it. That’s something different isn’t it?

18:45 – Burning Shapes – Someone Else’s Words – All Rights Reserved – This was emailed to me by someone involved with the band and I love it. Incredible production and a top song. Enjoy! There’s a album coming on Friendly Tribe records on October 1st.
——-
22:05 – Neener – Gravitons – License Unknown – Sent to me by the artist himself Dan McKeown, who apparently is another programmer and Free Software lover.

27:14 – Alo DjangoHow High The Moon / I Got RhythmCC BY-NC-SA Licensed – Spanish swing / Gypsy jazz band. Their stuff is available via Jamendo and many other places. The name must be a tribute to Django Reinhardt.
——-
31:56 – Surahh – Dutchman – All Rights Reserved – From her email – “My artist name is Suruhh and i’m from San Jose, CA (USA). I’ve just recently started recording music and already have a couple of songs up. Here’s a link to my website where the song i’m submitting can also be found: http://suruhh.bandcamp.com/

38:07 – JediahEveryone Is FineCC BY-NC-SA Licensed – I picked this one up via Jamendo and I love the fuzzy, warm, positive sound of this tune. Find more information on their website.

LIVE SONG – “That’s Life”, a real classic most famously sung by Frank Sinatra. I love this song and it seemed to hit home for me recently. In the end I couldn’t remember most of the words and made 2 shambolic attempts at this song. Hopefully you still enjoy it.

49:24 – ½ Pint Of Son Of BazerkShe Got GameLicense Unknown – A new track from Chuck D’s online label SlamJamz. I’ve talked about the label many times in the past.

Supporters: Rustan Håkansson, Ken Fallon, Samuel Ross & Eric Beyer all sent donations via Paypal. Thanks up! And a big THANK YOU to everyone who supported via Flattr. I couldn’t do this without out you so if you enjoy the show stick a tip in the jar and it won’t go to waste 🙂

57:03 – Vulture Kult – Electric Medication – License Unknown – A Canadian rock band with an awesome sound. The vocal reminds me or early Ozzy in places. Check them out.
